Tortoise Rescue, anyone?

Looking forward to adopt a sulcata tortoise from a rescue close by. I am in virginia, if anyone know of a rescue or know anyone trying to re home around this area, please let me know. Thanks

You might consider contacting Julie at the Turtle Rescue of Long Island. She always has sulcatas looking for new homes:

Thank you Yvonne, I've talked to Bonnie the Founder of Va. reptile rescue, they do not have any in at the moment. As for adopting fromm Long Island, I'm not sure if I can afford shipping on Large animals. That would be really expensive. Thank you for the attempt.
