Tortoise UVB light

Is this suitable for my leopard tortoise in-door enclosure? because i heard that coil light bulb is harmful to tortoise eye.

No. Definitely not suitable. Ineffective as a UV source and possibly harmful.

You should not need indoor UV in your climate. Access to sun for an hour or two twice a week will meet the UV needs.
