Tortoise waterfalls?!

So I got this zoomed waterfall kit off of amazon and we installed it in my buddies enclosure. (We both have cherry heads). It's the type where you actually need to build in an aquifer into the bottom of the enclosure for it to work. Well we got it running and we put our torts in and his ran for the hills, but mine talked right up and walked around under it for about ten minutes haha.! I was just wondering if anybody has similar stories / expertise on how to build a really good system

Alright! Here are some pictures! This is what my bud, (ABClements) and I put together last night! Hope you like! It's a little rough right now but we will see where it goes. The picture that is not of the waterfall is a picture of the aquifer. You separate the aquifer layer with something porous like the burlap we used!

I just think that for 15-20 bucks it's a steal of a deal to be able to make this! And it will keep the cherry heads nice and humid doing this!

There's a lady here w/ (I think) redfoots, who has a pretty impressive waterfall in her outside enclosure...might be TerryO, can't recall for sure.
