I sent them a email, with some suggestions to improve the health and well being of the tortoise. Please, always do the same, if you haven't. When you see a tortoise in need, always do something, like an email giving improvement suggestions and even letting them know about this forum. Doing nothing, well, makes one no better then the one giving the poor care.

Ice berg lettuce and pellets. Not to mention the substrate. Those are the driest sulcatas I've ever seen.
