Turtle Dock Zoo Med

Can anyone help me out? I have had this new extra large floating turtle dock from ZooMed for about a month and it works so well and all my turtles love it!

But now I’m noticing one of my turtles keeps trying to eat it! I purchased it from amazon and I can’t find any info on what exactly it’s made of and if it starts breaking apart will it hurt my turtles if ingested?

I believe it's just a type of resin. It's probably not toxic at all but I would be concerned about impaction should your turtle eat a big piece or too much.
Maybe switch to wood and stone.
