Everybody out during feeding and cleaning. I had one turtle climbing over all the water dishes I was about to clean, my old male 3 toed suddenly waking up to bother one of my females during feeding, and my gulf coast male walk out from his hiding spot just to hiss at me and turn right back around. They definitely have personality.
