I wanted to show photo pairs of males who live in one small region. This is the southernmost point of the Istrian peninsula in Croatia. It seems that according to the theory, Testudo Hermanni hercegovinensis dwells exclusively. but see what the difference between individuals. The shape and color of the head, carpax differs in color and pattern, on the plastron the suture of the pectoral scutes is shorter than that of the femoral and vice versa.
How to call them correctly - western, eastern, dalmatian?
