Two Headed Russian

[Blastoise]

I found a story about a two headed Russian tortoise being displayed in Kiev. I think the pic is kinda cool to see, but the tortoise looks to have a bit of pyramiding. I wonder how its quality of life is?

I would have to imagine for a 2 headed animal quality of life would suffer some, no way they can understand they are twins like that. but overall I imagine his/her life is not all that bad.
