It's been about 6 months since an update on my bonnie! Those who have followed know her story and the long hard struggle since she has austwickia chelonae (yellow bumps)

She's now going to be 3 years old in August and has been clear of bumps for over 2 years. Until about a month ago I was dropper feeding her every day. We are now expecting twins! So we wearily transitioned her from her indoor box to her own 10×20 ft pen outside and she is thriving and finally able to sustain herself fully on grass!

For her age, she is still very small but has steadily been growing for a little over 2 years and is now about 2 pounds..up from the 35 grams she was stuck at for her first 7 months.

Clyde, who we got with her, and who also had the bumps, is growing completely normally and is the same size as their other sibling who never had austwickia. Roughly a 10 inch shell now! Blessings!!!

No5hing that has been successful in the lab studying. Warm soaks 1-2 times a day, carrot soaks 2-3 times a week. Soak with tetracycline powder once a week, 10 days of daily injections of baytril when she was on the verge of death and down to 28 grams.

Mostly keeping proper Temps and humidity...and daily dropper feeding her with a mashed mix of mazuri and water
