Upside down

So Lulu flipped herself earlier today. She was completely upside-down. I waited a couple minutes as she did her weird arm swipe jerking movement. (She swings her arm and head violently, turning herself sideways.) She didn't turn herself back over after a couple minutes so I turned her back over. She hasn't flipped herself in over a year and I'm kinda nervous.

Would she have been able to turn back over if I hadn't have helped?

Is there something I could put in her habitat so it's easier for her to flip back over?

This happens sometimes. Its probably happened when you weren't around.

More plants and "furniture" might help.
