The only way to know a tortoise's age is to know the hatch date.
Care to share some info with us? Where are you? Where did you get the tortoise? How are you housing it? Etc...
And why are you desperate? What is the urgent matter?

I don't understand the desperation here. If you posted that way to be sure someone would answer your question, that's not necessary. No posts are ignored here on our Forum.
Tessie looks to be about a year old. But that's purely a guess. Also, it looks like you're in the habit of keeping Tessie out of her enclosure. She'll grow better if she's allowed to stay in her warm, humid environment.

Welcome. 8 months to 2 years old. Depending on how it was cared for and grown up as a hatchling. As tom stated noway to know exactly unless you got it as a hatchling from the breeder.

was found two days ago. This is quite confusing...
30 grams is a typical hatch weight but it's growth lines indicate it's definitely not "new". I think the 6 months to 1 year are accurate guesses but at that weight, I fear this little one has some issues.
