UV meter

Does anyone own a UV meter? if so what kind do you have? I am thinking about purchasing one. I want to make sure my basking Bulb is giving out UVA and UVB still.

I have one and think it invaluable as bulb placement and bulb life is so variable. The only way to know what your tortoise is getting is checking in place with a meter

I use the Solarmeter 6.5 as it is specifically designed to read weighted to the wavelength of UV you want to check. Only place I've seen it is from the company itself

It is pricey at $249.00 but I feel a necessary tool
