Vets!!

Ok so I have a Russian tortoise. He is roughly 6 years old. He is an adult. I wanted to go to a vet to get a check up just to see how everything is going and stuff but how much do they cost usually just for a check up? Please answer!

It all depends on your area. My area is 95.00 just too walk in the door. I'm sure that includes a look see, but nothing else. In my opinion, unless you are seeing problems, save your money. My leopard I have had since he was about two months, he will be three in March and he has not gone to a vet yet. He won't either, unless something is wrong. If you do want to know what it will cost, call the vet in your area.

In Phx AZ my vet costs $50.00 for the first visit plus extras cause will tell about your tort and how to care for it . I thought I could do better so I went to another vet she gave it 3 bathes to get it to def ( potty ) it didn't go potty but she. Charged me $6.00 to dispose of the potty that the tort didn't Evan do ! So I will stick to my vet in AZ
