Twice a week for calcium and once a week for the multivitamin

So the add calcium to water twice a week . I change it daily. They will absorb enough?

Don't give calcium daily. That's way too much. Keep it twice a week and multivitamins once a week at the most. Or just put cuttlebone in with him and let him nibble on it when he wants.

If the diet is good, you really don't "need" either.

Liquid calcium in the water is not the way to go. Put it on the food or get a powdered type. A tiny pinch twice a week is plenty.

I just feed a wide diet and provide Cuttlebone. I've never used calcium or vitamins and this has worked fine for me.
