VOCs and pvc enclosures

Will someone tell me they have had a healty tortoise live for years in a pvc enclosure amd there was no signs of VOCs being released into the air or substrates. And what pvc us your enclosure made from?

I've been using Animal Plastics and also @Markw84 expanded PVC enclosures for several years and have had no problems.

What pvc is it made from?

What pvc is it made from?

Chemicals. Polyvinyl chloride. Chemical formula: (C2H3Cl)n. Its plastic. The same type of plastic that water pipes are made of.

When mixed together and cured, the finished product is non-toxic and inert. Its also impervious to water, bacteria, and rot of any kind.
