Water type question

What type of water should be used for soaking and drinking? Tap water (City supply), bottled water, distilled water, ETC...

I just use tap water, but then, I'm in the country and my water comes from a well. I don't think the additives the city puts in your water would be harmful to your tortoise.

I also use worm tap water and it comes from the city I've never had a problem
