I'm only familiar with wasps and bees that make nests from mud or finely chewed "paper".They are recycling the Autumn leaves.
The perp has not yet been identified. Still the Unsub. Are you sure it's bees building it?
I would love to see a picture of what creature is going in and out of that nest. With multiple round openings, it doesn't seem like it would be bees or wasps. Usually their nests have just one opening for entrance and egress. We get plenty of different mud bees or mud daubers. I get them in window frames sometimes or under the decks. This is the 1st time I ever saw one of such different colors!
