What are these?

Hi, does anyone know what these are and can my hermann eat them? i am rubbish with plants and stuff

Those are pansies(the blue) and primroses(pink). They are entirely edible for humans and box turtles, so I cannot imagine that they wouldn't be ok for a tortoise! What a delightful dinner! If you grew them, even better, but if not make sure you really wash them thoroughly. Sometimes folks put all sorts of nasty chemicals on their ornamental flowers.
