I am confused with ingredients... Do you think it's safe to give it to tortoises?

I personally would feed it to a RF and as for other tortoises that are not fruit eaters, I wouldn't feed it often or at all if I had an already big variety. If you don't have a lot of different food options, then this would be okay but like I said not often.

Yeah, it sounds like the sugar content may be high even though it is not shown in the photos
