What is a good nighttime temperature for my Russian's enclosure?

My male Russian adult is in his 16 sq ft indoor enclosure, all cuddly and warm in his log hide with sphagnum peat moss. We measured the daytime temp and humidity at a few points around the enclosure and that seems to be great so far. Yey! :D As for nighttime, the temps seem to get no lower than 60 degrees F. Now, at 8 pm, his temp is 70 degrees F with about 60% humidity. I assume it may get a bit cooler throughout the night (although it does help that he's on the second floor). How do these numbers stack up? We already hooked up his old heat lamp (his second light) for more heat coverage in the enclosure. Is it necessary for us to purchase a ceramic heat emitter for nighttime too?

Here's all about his new enclosure, if you're curious on the details: http://tortoiseforum.org/thread-80648.html

Unless you live inside a refrigerator, you should not need night heat for an adult Russian.
