Can anyone tell me what this is? I had a UVA/UVB/Heat bulb for a while but just replaced it with a separate UVB bulb and heat bulb so hopefully that will help him out more. I thought it was hard water spots at first but now I’m not sure. It’s not soft and it doesn’t stink.
