I found this plant yesterday, could you help me identify it?

Is it edible?

Hard to tell without being able to see it in its growing stage, but it may be horseweed, not edible.

Looks like annual fleabane. Not toxic, but my torts don't really like it.

I think fleabane and horseweed are the same plant.

There are many different plants called horseweed. Or fleabane.
This one looks like annual fleabane to me (Erigeron annuus), which is not toxic, but I wouldn't recommend it, it's quite bitter (Canadian horseweed tastes better ).

Another vote for hoseweed. Also edible but not very tasty to tortoises. Either way not something your tort will want.

@sergeiandolga I hope you will find more weeds to show us! If you do, it’s always helpful to have a picture of the plant still in the ground, as well as a close up. Makes things a little easer to identify.

Thanks for your answers, I'll not give it to them in this case.
I give them chickweed, shepherd's purse, ruccola and cornsalad on a rotation.
They aren't complaining and those plants are pretty common here.
