help me identify this plant

I don't know what it is . It looks like a house plant . I know thats sounds dumb . But it probably has some kind of fertilizer in it . I would not feed it to your tortoise . If it is your moms she would know where is came from . So she would know if it has been fertilized or not and maybe know what it is .

First one is a purple coleus. Second one almost looks like common pokeweed because of the red stem, but the leaf shape doesn't match up.

it has not been fertilized,
almost a year since she have that plant, but same as me she has no idea what kind of plant it is

Coleus is shown on the dog/cat lists as toxic.

I think the other plant is poinsettia. It is also on the toxic cat/dog list.
