Hummm... this is a good one ....I thought for sure I knew what is was , but looking again the " waxy" leave is throwing me off. At first I thought..... : "Lonicera hispidula"

It is called wireweed, but I don't know if it is edible. I have it in my pasture and the horse doesn't eat it.
