What seeds to plant

I purchased a greek hatchling in December. I have been feeding him greens from the store. I would like to start planting seeds and growing his food. I just bought hardy swamp hibiscus moscheutos and dandelion seeds. What other seeds would be good to buy? I would like to try to buy them in a store rather than online; shipping seems outragous for most. Also any advice on growing them would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I have a greek hatchling. I am looking for recommendations on seeds to purchase and plant for him. I am looking for easy to grow, somewhat low in cost and high in nutrition. I do not need many seeds, since I only have the one hatchling. Thank you for any advice you are able to provide!

Its hard to find the 'weed' seeds in stores, like dandelion, etc. You can buy escarole, endive, raddiccio, turnips, radishes, red lettuce, romaine...all the leaf veggie seeds are ok to plant.
