What to feed and what not

Hi could someone please answer this question what am I suppose to feed sheldon (horse field tortoise) on one site it says some food is ok but on other sites it says the are on the no feed list I just want to make sure I am looking after my boy the way I am ment to as he did not have the greatest start to life

they like broadleaf weeds. Dandilions, grape leaves, mulberry, plantain, mallow, clover......
They also like Spring Mix or something similar salad, from the store. occasional cut up veggies, very little to no fruit..

So is it mostly leaves then I have been giving him veg a lot I will stop but unfortunately we have no dandelions due to it being winter here in Scotland I'm also trying to change it a bit as he has stopped eating so much but I think that's due to the weather he is not hibernating as he is not at full strength from other issue's he had when I got him
