What tortoise?

Hi, we've brought this tortoise as a present for my brother but I'm not sure what she is? The person who I got her from had her brought as a present for her daughter so she doesn't know either. I understand she is around 2 years old. Someone has said she is a sulcata but I just want to double check so I can give her the best diet. I'm based in the uk if that helps.

I am usually wrong, but I don't think he is a Sulcata. He has that middle schutes behind his head. One of the desert tortoises? Someone better at identification will be along soon.to correct me I bet. Welcome to the forum.
