Not sure, could it be Day Lilly? If so they love it. ( I only feed the yellow ones )

Day lily is edible and quite tasty for tortoises, however the oriental variety, which looks almost identical to day lily, is toxic. So you need to find out what it is.

The Asiatic Lily (variegated pink) comes up one one stalk only. The Day Lily grows in a bunch that looks similar to what we are looking at, but I don't think that bush is a Day Lily.

And Missy, I only feed the orange ones...:D

Those are beautiful I have never seen one that color. I think the leafs look broader, my day lily has more slender leafs...guess I'm wrong again

Thanks. I love day lilies and have some as a requirement in every turtle or tortoise enclosure I do outside.:D I sorta collect them and try to get as wide a variety of their colors as I can. Maggie, you may be very correct, yours may indeed have a bit more narrow leaves then this type does.:tort:

Day Lily flowers all have about the same structure, many different color combinations from red to yellow. So once this flowers, if it has the typical Day Lily flower, it should be fine.
