When can my tortoise stay in the garden

I have an 18 year old Herman’s tortoise who
Has be kept awake over the winter using a heat lamp as I rescued him in November. my question is can I put him in a outside run now . It does have a wooden house.

Hello and welcome. There is not a simple one sentence answer to this question. There are many factors to consider including temperature, dampness (did it rain yesterday), wind, percentage of shade to sun in the enclosure, time of year, it is overcast or sunny, etc...
