Which Locale?

Trying to figure out which Locale my Western Hermann’s is. Anyone know just by looking?

Chris did not provide this info when you bought it? He should have it readily available. My guess would be Tuscan, as that seems the be the more commonly available locale of Western that's advertised in other places. Other specific or lesser-known locales will also fetch a higher price.

I changed my mind a few times and asked for Apulia, But I am not sure if this is Apulia locale.

At that size and age, it is really hard to tell which locale it may be (at least for me). I think your best bet is to just contact Chris and ask him to determine what locale he finally sent you.
