White Large Ring on Shell?

Hello! I just got my baby tortoise and when I got her she had this on her shell! I have read several different things it may be! Please help? Someone found her and gave her to me!

Looks like a deposit, possibly from soaking in calcium water or some other mineral water. Try a light scrub with an old toothbrush.

Some sort of deposit. It should come of in warm water, but don't scrub too hard

Looks like it sat in muddy water and then it dried. Could be water with calcium powder too. Here are some threads for you:
