Can you tell me if I have anything to be concerned about.
I just noticed that Frank, on the left has white around his eyeballs.
Are his eyes correct or are Tank's (larger tortoise on the right) eye's correct?
Thank you for the help.
Concerned mommy.

The one on the right is normal. Perhaps a pic of the one on the left a little closer up will help figure out what is going on with him.

Thank you to all who responded. I went outside to take a close up. It looked like mucus. Then I fed them and showered them down since I'm in Arizona. They love the shower. I was shocked that after he soaked under the hose, the white part was gone completely. Could it just have been some mucus that was washed off with the water? I can't think of any other explanation. His eyes now look just like Tank's eyes.

That's great! Maybe he was dehydrated? Sometimes my tortoise gets bubbles around the eyes until she gets a good soaking. Glad to hear that he's doing better!

You did what I would have, rinsed their eyes out w/ warm water and problem solved.

Yes, some torts do get goopy eye. You will see it all the time in a Galapagos tortoise. I have seen it a few times on sulcatas.

You have a couple of very nice-looking sulcata tortoises. What you saw in the corners of his eyes were tiny bubbles, or foam. A tortoise that is too hot will foam at the eyes.
