Well, here are the three Golden/Antakyan cross (possible) babies that hatched out in January. One of them looks way different from the other two. These are from the same clutch.

I only have the two parents in this enclosure and they have been there for more about 4 years now.

Any ideas, theories, comments.

They look like I should have one ;)

Beautiful babies---can't tortoises store sperm? Was she with anyone else before this male?

If she was it was more than 4 years ago and I don't think she was big enough then anyway. This was also her first clutch.

Are these babies going to be for sale at all later? They are all so pretty, and I like the anomaly one the best. Looks like you've had some excellent growth. Have you flipped em? Do any look to be males?

Yes, first and so far only clutch for these 2.

Looking back at some of the pics I took when they first hatched. I see the color difference then as well.

They look great Keith :)

I'd have to say they are definately crosses. You seem to be getting the whole gambit. 1 that looks Antakyan, 1 that looks a cross and 1 that looks more Golden.

Or the Milkman.

My daddy is the milkman.

Really.

He works for Dean Foods. He delivers, too :D

Anyway, gorgeous babies!! I love how unique they all are.

I am not at all familiar with Greeks...BUT...I have to say that to *MY* eye he doesn't look that different. I have box turtles from the same clutch and none of them look like the other. I think they are beautiful babies and they don't look that different from each other...Just my opinion, don't yell at me...:(

I like the high contrast of the different one. Congrats for the nice babies.
