My Sulcata has a new closed chamber. The temp is 82F right now. The tort has been pacing all day long. Trying to climb up the sides(plywood). Walking around the chamber aimlessly. Has food and water.

Tortoises are territorial. You have moved him out of the territory he had claimed as his, and placed him in a new territory. He's trying to get out and go back home. It will take a week or more for him to realize that he's not in another tortoise's territory and be able to claim it as his own.

Ditto....also checking temps in a new set up at different times of the day is a good idea :D
