Winter home

Hi! I have what I think is a year old sulcata tortoise and right now it lives outside 24/7. Right now the weather is perfect for my tort, but I would like some ideas for a winter house. I was thinking about an insulated foam box covered in a stucco material. Any recommendations?

I think it will be too small to live outdoors in a cold winter area this year.

At that age a sulcata doesn't need to be in any weather under 80 degrees. Good looking baby though.
