I use this to clean off my feeding trays tortoise table lizard cage and my hatchling glass cage. And the cleaner smells really strong and was wondering if it's safe? I just stared using it.

You are supposed to clean the habitat, then spray on the product and let it sit. Then wipe it off. It is supposed to be safe for your pets, however, I've never used it.

When I need to clean out the vivarium I use vinegar and water and make sure I air it out completely until the smell is gone.

Cowboy Ken said this: When in doubt, keep it out.
If it smells that strong to you, it will overwhelm your tortoise. Best to not use in my opinion.
Boiling water ... vinegar ... elbow grease ... all less toxic. I just do not trust chemicals around tortoises.
It's like a canary in a coal mine to me and who needs a dead canary tortoise.

I like the vinegar and water idea as well. If I really am worried about it for any reason, I use chlorhexidine. I won't use any other cleaners, including a diluted bleach solution as many use.
