Won't eat

I have two Greeks in uk, they are just out of hibernation last week. Temp out in pen today was only 12 . So I was walking around with them pouring warm water on their shells. Just can't get them to eat, and I have lots of weeds growing for them .

Pouring warm water on there shells is not going to work. Soak them in warm water for at least 30 min.
