In addition to the above, it's also very doubtful that your tortoise is going hibernate at room temperature either, unless that room is about 42 degrees or colder 24/7. Tortoises in indoors should also not just be cut off from light and heat without being properly prepared to hibernate first. It just doesn't "happen" but depriving them of light and heat.

Please don't take this as an insult; it is so difficult to write in a compassionate way. Unfortunately, your question does not make any sense.

Please read up on hibernation, there are plenty of sources on hibernation on each species of tortoise/turtle.

It's good to ask before acting...and, btw, you don't have to hibernate your Russian (or any other species), as it's totally optional.

Hibernation is not needed in Captivity they only do it in the wild to dodge the colder months....
If your tort is indoor and has heat he will no no different?
