Dear Santa :Dear N2TORTS,
Please stop posting adorable redfoot baby photos. You're making me want more, and I can't have more! Unless I have at least two more, and retrofit an entire room for the cold months. Hmmm... I mean, no! I can't have more!
Thanks for your consideration,
A wannabe crazy tortoise lady
Oh, I love the whole room idea. I think you should get a couple more and build the coolest tort room everDear N2TORTS,

Yes ... I haven't got to see #4 head yet...all that great . I love when the purple gene hue shows up within the orange. Do you remember purple man ?The second one has such a nice head and legs with such a pale carapace.

I remember (or think I do) purple man. I just wish these guys could hold their hatchling color/patterns.

J’ true …I still wish I had my baby face –
Nevertheless …I believe these Hypo F-1 babies will retain some uniqueness to them. Much like puppies that have markings, all nice n’ shiny…… things do change. One of the most notable I have seen in the last 10 years with the Hypo project…is the role the natural sun plays on the “caramelizing of color” or tanning if you wish. Just like you and I tan. The other major factor is good ol’ plain “dirt”. The shell coloring may change some, but the scale coloring remains pretty much intact
Purple man was sent to Germany ....and was extremely hard to let go
