What are the dimensions? Hard to tell from the pic.

30 inches by 15 inches and it is 11 inches tall
I fear it's going to quickly outgrow that enclosure. I don't think it's tall enough to accommodate the UVB lighting either. Lamp would sit too close to the floor and burn your tort. There's an excellent section here to give you some ideas of enclosures. Check it out:

Sadly, that is much, much too small. I would go with 4x2 feet, because a Sulcata will outgrow anything smaller in a matter of months.

But it will be okay till he outgrows it right bc as soon as possible I’m going to have an outdoor enclosure for him
He’s already outgrown what you’re making. I wouldn’t keep a hatchling in less than 36x18, which would only last 3-4 months.

What is it we are looking at? Is this going to be a semi-buried shelter in the outdoor enclosure? If yes, it looks good so far, but you'll need some serious insulation on the lid to keep it from overheating.
