The common musk turtle made my short list last year, so I did a good bit of research on them. I will copy from my notes in my next couple posts or so.

I have not talked to them in a few weeks. Meaning I haven't been to church for 2 weeks :(

Well, if you decide you want one, there are a number of turtle breeders in South Florida with captive bred stinkpots. If you wait until an expo, you can pick one out for yourself. There will be plenty of common musk turtles, mud turtles, and similar species available in Daytona in August. That's where I got my three-striped mud turtles, Bold and Pinstripe, last year.
