Can anybody tell me if this is Mulberry?

It does not look anything like mine.
I would say no. The leaves kind of look like “nut” tree - chestnut, walnut. But not mulberry.

The leaves are much shorter and wider, the midrib and veins are less pronounced and go out at a angle, the petiole is much larger and is attached to the leaf at a angle.
Dang, I can't find a mulberry tree anywhere around here lol.

Yea, just luck of the draw.
I don't really know what they look like besides Google pictures. So they're possibly is one around I'm just not to sure what I'm looking for. Can you send me pics of your when your free?

You are near me right? You should be able to find them on flood plains along the savannah and probably other wet areas. There are a bunch of wild red mulberry at the Savannah River bluffs heritage preserve in north Augusta. I can hook you up with a seedling too. There is a wild one in the vacant lot next door and they sprout along my fence line constantly.

I don't know where in GA you are, but there are a bunch of mulberry trees on the riverwalk in downtown Albany, GA.
Thanks, I'm in Gwinnett right outside Atlanta. I can't seem to find one anywhere in my neighborhood so I think I'm going to plant one this year.
