Help 🥺 (abnormal-looking plastron)

Hello, my name is Stella and Haley(red foot) is approx 4 months old. I’n the past few days I’ve noticed severe abnormalities and discoloration on her bottom she’ll. I would appreciate any advice or suggestions. Thank you

That is just bizarre
Something very wrong is going on here.
I can't tell if they're burns. Fungus or something else.
We probably need someone with better eyesight than I have at the moment.
Is there an underside heater? Is the substrate wet?
Does the carapace smell badly?
@Toddrickfl1 Can you make it out? When i zoom in. It's too blurry.
My gut response would be to wash the entire underside. Treat it with diluted oidine and keep him on paper towels until he can get to a vet.
It looks like there is shell degradation and this could be SHELL ROT from sitting in pee and poop for a long time.

Repti bark, no smell nor underside heater. I was soaking her for 10 mins in the morning.
