I have an 8 years old Marginated Tortoise called Albert.
Today when I went to go and check on him (he sleeps outside in the summer) he had these two small black marks on his shell. I don't know if its a natural chip or if its something I need to take action on like with shell rot.
He has a healthy appetite, his shell has a very minor amount of pyraminding that has never gotten worse since I got him and is on a varied diet of garden plants, weeds and some store bought food I checked on tortoise table that he could eat.
