Weird Marks on shell

I found some weird Water stain looking marks and black dots on my tortises shell? should I be concerned?

How does the shell look when completely wet? Also could you post a closer look of the black dots?

I think it is no problem at all. Shells differ widely and none are “perfect”. Just my opinion.

Update, i think its spreading! any idea what this might be and how to treat it?

I wouldn’t sweat it too much, also if your watering or showering them with an outdoor hose can have to do with the mineral concentration but as long as its eating and acting fine I don’t see any cause for concern.
