I’d type in ‘ZooMed Repti-Calcium with D3’ and go with that one, Alex has said on another thread;
amount of D3 is 10 times lower than in Rep-Cal so risks of overdose are low

Also, you can get a cuttlefish bone (sold for the birds and they are cheap) and put it in the enclosure, so tortoise can get additional calcium if it wants to.

Yes be very limited with the parsley and coriander, I wouldn’t feed bell peppers though, too high in sugar. Not much carrot or cucumber either, zucchini should just be a treat. Check out that diet link in my housing thread! It’s soooo useful! There’s so many suggestions in the different categories, leafy greens and safe weeds are the way for these guys!🥰
Can you send the link please

Is there anything i can 3d print to make things easier or even to use with the tortoise?
I’ve wanted to do that as well but I’m a little worried that the material used is not made to be heated after printing and some of them produce toxic fumes when printing (so when it melts, does that mean it can’t be in an environment at 80f, I do not know). Just keep that in mind. But I think I saw some post on this forum about people making hides for their torts.

I don’t think that it’s going to melt in the enclosure since i live in the UAE and most of the time in the summer the temps are at 37+ C (98+ F) and i have some prints in my car
And for the toxic fumes i use the Esun PLA+ which is made entirely of corn grain according to them

Oh apologies!! Here you go!😊
Here’s what i am 100% sure that i can get at anytime (it was a fast search in the link you sent)
Should i feed the tortoise the radish itself or the radish leaves or both
For the aloe i have an aloe outside in my small garden but not sure if its aloe or not but it looks like the photo exactly
Also i thought that the romaine lettuce is safe to feed but looks like it isn’t

@Alex and the Redfoot Can i make the UVB light in an angle like this?
And can a double face tape keep the UVB light in place
With UVB tubes it's better to point them straight top-down. The fixture reflectors and all UV index measurements are done without a tilt.

A small 5-10 degrees tilt is acceptable to make an overlapping light zone from a basking lamp and a UVB light, however it's safer to tilt the heat lamp. You don't want any light source to be pointed at tortoise eyes, especially UVB.

And yes, avoid using any glue to fix the lights - use only screws and other mechanical ways of securing the fixture.

Going to 3d print something like this to fix it with screws and be in the perfect height
The perfect height is 47-52cm(19-21in) right?

Just the radish leaves, aloe can cause the runs if fed too much so do limit it, romaine is perfectly safe don’t worry, it says moderation because lettuce in general doesn’t have high nutritional value, all of these need to be part of a varied diet.

Don’t suppose you can get this where you are? It’s SO good for getting more variety in! You soak each cube in a bit of water until mushy, then add it on top of the fresh stuff🐢💚

Yes, that's correct. Just keep in mind that:
1. Glass and most plastics completely filter out UVB. Some types of acrylic glass and such are "UV transparent" but it should be mentioned on label. And even then some UV is filtered out.
2. Meshes filter from 30 to 60% of UVB on average.
So it's better to have UVB light under the cover any way.

The stand you've printed looks nice, I'm looking forward to see the finished enclosure.

Another thing you can print are stands for the plant pots reusable as a hide or tunnel for the tortoise (similar to tree stump).

And most Importantly i plan to make the wire hole diameter 6cm so the plug can fit in but the problem is it would make the air go in and out the enclosure and if i make the diameter 2cm or 3 the plug won’t fit in
What should i do?

Yes, pond liner is fixed either with a stapler or good water-proof duct tape.

There are silicon and rubber caps (grommets for wire holes) like this - https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61sjzL0XgGL._AC_SL1500_.jpg You can make a large diameter wire hole, install the grommet and it will prevent air from escaping.
