I managed to feed him some pumpkin and some organic Aloe juice. I couldn't acquire any prickly pear leaves or fresh aloe. I fed him while he was very warm in hopes everything flows right. I've never fed him pumpkin before but he loved it! It was good to see he's not so bad that he's turning food down. Thank you everyone for the advice, I'm taking it all to heart.

Yes. Thank you for reminding me. You also reminded me of a bunch of snails that I encountered and I haven't seen a snail in a very long time. If you look up the animal totem meaning for snail it tells you, among other things, to be patient.
