This is all very disgusting. If they would get extreme with the penalty on these pieces of crap, maybe it would scare them off of ever do no it again, like oh, I don't know, cut their freaking arms off.

Maybe I've been too hardened by some jobs I have had in my life as well as first hand witness to some of this kind of thing, but the radiated were a recovery of a smuggling situation, not a fouled up arrival all dead, which alos happens. Widgets are widgets, you know. I don't accept this as an okay way to go about things in any way shape or form. But, CITES is not working so well with animals that can be pets. Whales, large mobile animals, and for the small insignificant insect kinds of things it works. But those middle group animals that can be pets, it just seems to drive cruelty. It seems like ins0-situ farming and regulated international sales would make several things move forward and positive.
