I have a question.....I have been buying fresh food from the store for my Baby Sulcata, but it doesn't stay fresh! Does anyone have any suggestion on what I can do to help? Even the cactus gets all slimy! Even buying in the smallest amount is hard. I do offer her fresh grass from outside also. Ideas Please!

If she eats the grass, I would try to feed mostly that but adding safe weeds and flowers. As for keeping greens fresh longer, don't wash them until ready to feed. Keep them in the veggie crisper and put a damp towel over them. If you can't use the frig crisper, use a glass bowl and cover that with a damp towel and keep in frig. As for cactus, leave them out in a cool/warm not cold or hot dark place and just cut off what you need to feed. You can also plant it and cut the little bit you need off and the rest will still grow and sprout new pads if enough isn't cut off.

Remember that the amount of food you get it's a lot for your little one. Like Tom said grow you own! You will have variety and it will be more cheaper and chemical free
