Who's that in the picture? [emoji16]It''ll take a bit for it to get used to its new home. In the meantime, bee sure your humidity is at least 80%, your temps (on the cool side) do not drop below 80f, and you offer plenty of fresh nutritious foods. Be sure to monitor its drinking as well. Everything in moderation.

Have you read the links provided by techno? We need to know the temperatures in the tank. I’m assuming it has a screen lid, so if it’s too cold, he will be lethargic. Your enclosure needs a lot of work, an earthy substrate, a hide, a cover to provide humidity, etc. Do you have a way to read the temperature?
No I feel so bad I just want him to be happy and healthy and the person that had him before me didn't have anything he was in a plastic dish and was feeding him berries
Please read the links. They’ll tell you everything you need to know.
I read the links you gave me and I feel so bad because I had no idea about that the person I got it from was probably miss treating it and it hasn't had a light on it at all and the stuff I got was from a pet store because it was important to get it heat I have spooked it in its pellets today to try to help it because that what I use to do to my other one I had I'm trying to find a tortoise table for him because I know clear tank aren't good for tortoises and I just want to help him is there anything you know that could help him
What kind of substrate are you using?
Sand that has calcium in it
Alright, you’re going to want to get rid of that right now, and replace it with damp paper towels until you can get a proper substrate. If he eats the sand, it could be deadly, and since it’s colorful and there’s calcium in it there is a huge chance of that happening.
